The 200 hectare Darwin Business Park is strategically located close to the Darwin Port’s East Arm Wharf, Marine Supply Base and the Australasia Railway. Zoned DV for strategic industrial uses, this is a prime location for businesses engaged in the Northern Territory’s growing oil and gas, marine, trade and logistics industries.

Premium NBN ready industrial lots are currently for sale with a new land release now available. 

The Darwin Business Park has lots ranging in size from 8000 square metres to 5 hectares. Titles for the new land release are expected to be issued in September / October 2018.
