Wildman agricultural development

A golden sunset bathes a vast field of green crops under a clear sky that fades from orange to blue.

Duxton Farms Limited, will develop a 26,077 hectare area of land located approximately 135 km east of Darwin along the Arnhem Highway.

The development represents a significant development opportunity and comprises four areas of land including NT Portions 2623, 2624, and 3611 on long-term lease, and NT Portion 8554 which has been purchased through freehold sale as part of the development.

Wildman Agricultural Development has the capacity to accommodate multiple agricultural and horticultural activities and high yield crops such as mangoes and melons as well as forestry, and other broadacre crops such as sorghum alongside cattle production.

Duxton Farms manages a diversified portfolio of agricultural assets spanning 177,221 hectares across New South Wales, Victoria and the Northern Territory.
