The Northern Territory Land Corporation (NTLC) is responsible for acquiring, holding, managing, and releasing land at the right time to support the Northern Territory’s long-term economic and social development.
NTLC holds a Crown Lease (Perpetual 311) over the Gunn Point Peninsula and is involved in land management and land release initiatives across several strategic sites, including land held for future water supply, national parks, agricultural projects, townships, ports and industrial areas.
