Located on 1.98 hectares overlooking the Katherine River, the site is on crown land and in close proximity to Katherine township (1km), Tindal RAAF Base (17km) and Nitmiluk National Park (28km).
There is an unmet demand for high-range accommodation based on current activity in the Katherine region. Future growth drivers across mining, agriculture, natural gas, tourism, and defence will result in anticipated increase in demand for commercial and short-stay accommodation.
